Shipping policy

SHIPPING STARTS ON October 15th

We ship from our Tuxedo Park, New York Chocolate Factory and shipping rates are calculated from there. 

Unless notified differently, shipping is usually next day, especially close to major holidays. We can not be responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. This is especially true around Holiday times. If a delivery date is important to you (holidays, birthdays, etc), make sure you place your orders early to avoid disappointment.  And remember that shipping is backed up on major holidays so add extra time.

EMVI Chocolate cannot be responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We are very careful with packaging & work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave the EMVI Chocolate facility, any damage that may occur is out of our hands.
