WE HATE TO DISAPPOINT ANYONE - SHIPPING SCHEDULES ARE STRESSED AT CHRISTMAS. ORDER BY DEC 15th to ASSURE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY.
All shipments leave from our Tuxedo Park, NY Chocolate Factory in the Hudson Valley of New York.
Shipping Schedule:
Unless a Specific Ship Date is advised, we try to send our shipments out the next business day, especially close to major holidays. We can not be responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. This is especially true around Holiday times. When there are warm weather conditions, we may restrict shipping to certain states.Return Policy
EMVI Chocolate cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We are very careful with packaging & work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave the EMVI Chocolate facility, any damage that may occur is out of our hands. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. This is especially true around Holiday times. Please place your orders early to avoid disappointment.
